Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
**Cancellation**
* Orders can only be cancelled before service processing begins
* Once work has started, cancellation is not allowed
**Exceptions**
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
* Duplicate payment
* Technical failure from our side
**Refund Processing**
